Welcome to cwkgraphics.com, the online portfolio for Charles Kellar. This is a personal website with the objective of getting an internship or job in the field Graphic Arts. My mission is to utilize my education and experiences to further enhance my career.

Currently I am a freelance employee at my father's business, Gene Kellar Production Inc. This is a 30 year established production company located in Hammond, IN. The company does photography, videography and multimedia work for major corporations, local businesses, weddings and other personal and corporate social events.

Personality

I would consider myself a quiet person that likes to evaluate and listen to the surroundings in the work setting.  I can better analyze needs and what my contributions can be.  Socially, I have a tight group of friends and feel that I am an open and friendly person once I get to know a person. I tend to listen more than talk.

Pleasures

My greatest pleasures in life are spending time with family and friends.   Utilizing and learning new technology, watching movies, watching limited TV, and keeping up with the internet updates take up much spare time.  Movies are a favorite for free time.  My favorite genre's are Action, Comedy, Documentary, Thriller and War movies.  Having interesting discussions on all aspects of life and how everything seems to be connected is fascinating to me.  Watching and playing different sports is also high on my list of interests.

Family

I am the middle child of three. My parents are Gene and Mary Rose. My sisters, Teri, is one year older and Christine, who passed away a month after her birth. I have a bird named Sammie. He is a Blue Crown Conure (like the one in Paulie),who is about 4 years old.  His vocabulary includes Chuck; Where's Chuck; I'm bad to the bone; Wild thing; Pretty bird; Sammie; Up...No bite; a battleship sound (whistle and explosion) and others.  His mimic of laughter just makes everyone laugh more.

Technology

I love how technology makes my life and profession efficient and more organized. I usually use the computer half of the time I am working. I like how easy it is for people to connect with each other.
